13th April at Siri Fort Auditorium, New Delhi: Baisakhi Cultural evening by artists from India and Pakistan.

15th August 1998 : Special supplement on enterprising Punjabis- “Punjabi Community Pride of the Nation” – A special focus on World Punjabi Organisation was carried out in Indian Express, Financial Express, Jansatta on occasion of 50th Anniversary of Indian Independence.

04th November at Siri Fort Auditorium, New Delhi: World Premier of “Bole so Nihal”, A Multi-Media Historical Extravaganza on History of Punjab and release of Audio cassette and Book by Sr. Parkash Singh Badal, Chief Minister of Punjab, and Smt. Sushma Swaraj, the then chief Minister of Delhi.
