The World Punjabi Organisation (WPO) celebrated Lohri with great fervour and traditional warmth under the able aegis of Dr. Vikramjit Singh Sahney Ji, International President, WPO, on Sunday, 11th January 2026 at Hotel Taj Mansingh, New Delhi.
The evening was graced by distinguished Chief Guests Shri Amrit Sagar Mittal, Chairman, Sonalika Group, and Shri Rajinder Gupta, Hon’ble Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha & Chairman, Trident Group.
Dignitaries and eminent personalities from all walks of life came together to celebrate the spirit of Punjabiyat. The event featured a traditional Lohri bonfire, vibrant cultural performances, and an atmosphere filled with warmth, camaraderie, and rich Punjabi traditions, making it a memorable and joyous occasion.
